Coaching has helped me learned so much about myself. My journey of personal growth has transformed. I had been held back by limiting beliefs, and at times it seemed almost impossible that I could achieve any change. Debra helped me to realise the strength and resilience that was inside of me and the courage to not only rise above my circumstances but also to look at myself and see that I do have value. Now, people tell me I am an inspiration, and I have been a pillar of strength to those in need. I am now ready for the next chapter of my life and accept the gifts and talents I have been blessed with.

I have always felt wasted in my job role and that I should be able to achieve more but lacked the self-belief to even try to do so. Debra’s programme helped me see my potential and believe in myself and my abilities to take on roles I didn’t think I was good enough for before.

This is the first leadership programme I’ve experienced that truly works from the inside out. Instead of adding more to my to-do list, it helped me reconnect with what matters and lead in a way that felt right for me. 

The session on balance and resilience was the most impactful part of the programme for me. Before this, I thought burning out was just the price of leadership. Debra showed me practical ways to navigate high-pressure systems without shrinking myself or sacrificing my well-being. It completely shifted how I approach my work week.

The space felt thoughtful and safe. It gave me time to reflect on how I lead, without feeling judged or rushed. It’s rare to find a professional space where you can be honest about the realities of leadership.
