Hi, I’m Debra Ayipeh a Women’s Leadership Development Specialist, qualified coach, and founder of Simply Evolved and Simply Communities. With nearly three decades of experience across health, social care, and community leadership, I support women who are ready to lead differently, from the inside out.
At Simply Evolved, we specialise in working with purpose-led professionals, aspiring social entrepreneurs, and women in health and social care who are navigating transition, seeking clarity, and ready to step into their full leadership potential and create meaningful change.
Through identity-led coaching and a holistic approach to leadership, supported by my 7-Step Self-Leadership Framework, I help women break through the barriers that have kept them stuck, including imposter syndrome; self-doubt; and burnout. Together we build the confidence, resilience and vision to lead with alignment, integrity and lasting impact.
